چکیده

Antibacterial is a compound that inhibits or kills bacteria, especially infectious pathogenic bacteria. Antioxidants are compounds to inhibit the activity of free radicals in body. The leaf extract waru plant (Hibiscus tiliaceus) reported have antibacterial, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory activity. Bioactive obtained from plants generally require lot availability large areas for growth take long time. One solution solve this problem isolateendophytic bacteria plants. Endophytic live symbiotically host tissue so they can produce same bioactive as host. In study, several stages were carried out, including isolation endophytic hibiscus leaves, gram-staining secondary metabolites production, antibacterial analysis by disk method, antioxidant DPPH radical scavenger method, phytochemical screening, identification genotypic Isolates Hibiscus tiliaceus leaves cocci. They formed gram-positive with closest relationship Staphylococcus warneri strainAW 25 pasteuri strainATCC 51129. containing alkaloids saponins aureus Salmonella typhi be an antioxidant agent.
